Winter recipe – Hot chocolate with caramel!

Winter is the ideal time for a hot drink in a comfortable home atmosphere. Hot chocolate is never boring, there are so many different and interesting recipes to prepare. We chose today to present how to make irresistible hot chocolate flavored with caramel.



500 ml milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
150 gr dark chocolate
1 stick cinnamon
150 ml cream
whiskey (optional)
For the caramel:

35 gr sugar
25 ml cream
1 tablespoon butter


For the preparation of caramel in a bowl put the sugar to melt at high temperature. Once melted, turn down the heat and let the sugar to take on a brown color. Remove the pan from the fire and add the cream and butter, then replace the container briefly on fire, and then leave to cool down.Mix 150 ml of of sweet cream to obtain cream. In a bowl put the milk and cocoa, nice mix and add the chocolate shattered into cubes and cinnamon stick. Let cook over low heat until chocolate melts. Remove the cinnamon stick, put of hot chocolate in a cup, add the mixed cream and caramel; garnish as you desire and enjoy in the day!
