Winners of the prestigious Oscar Awards 2018

Last night was the most important night in the film industry. In the Dolby Theater in Hollywood were awarded prestigious awards Oscar.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for the second year in a row set Jimmy Kimmel to entertain the audience, while the best that were featured in the film world in the past year were rewarded.

“The Shape of Water” had the most nominations, so understandably received the most awards, including Best Movie and Best Director.

The Golden Statue for Best Actress went to Frances McDormand for the role in “Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri”, and Gary Oldman was named Best Actress for portraying Winston Churchill in the Darkest Hour movie.

For the best animated film “Coco” was selected as expected, while “Icarus” became the Best Documentary.

The Best Actress Award in a supporting role was given to Alison Jenny for “I, Tonya”, and the role in the “Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri” by Sam Rockwell won the Best Actor Award in Supporting Role.

“A Fantastic Woman” was voted for the Best Film from a Non-English speaking world.
