Painful neck, back or shoulders from sitting? You have muscle pain? Create the simplest but highly effective cream against such pain. The secret lies in the hot peppers.
This is the simplest version but there are ways to recharge.
The hot pepper contains capsaicin, which gives the bitter taste, the same ingredient you can found in creams for muscle pain, which we buy from supermarkets and the pharmacies.
To do this cream you will need a hot pepper, chili (seeds only) and cocoa butter.
Remove seeds from peppers. In a glass jar add the cocoa butter and place the seeds and mix well.
From the mixture with the hands rub your legs if you have sore muscles, pain in the neck, shoulders or back. You feel the heat and the pain will disappear.
Wash your hands after using the cream and do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth or other sensitive parts of the body because you will feel painful heat.
In this mix you can add essential oils of peppermint and eucalyptus.
