First day

Third day

Breakfast: coffee or tea with one to two teaspoons of sugar, five salty crackers, 30 grams of cheese and a small apple.

Lunch: Hard-boiled egg and a piece of toast.

Dinner: 115 grams of tuna, half a banana and 200g vanilla ice cream.
