Spring cleaning for the body

  • Morning detoxification

One glass water in which you can squeeze one lemon or orange, then resume with an apple and 3-5 prunes plums. It will be good also when you add some pieces almonds.

Until noon(12-13h am) you can drink 4-6 glasses of water and consume only dry and fresh fruit, or you can eat seeds of pumpkin and sunflower.

For good detoxification is necessary  to avoid the products of animal origin, because the main meal should consists of cooked food, fish and many fresh salads.

For dinner you can consume something light like fresh and boil vegetables but without salt.

This scheme of food  you can practice 21 day and soon you will get the results.
