There is nothing better when every morning you’re prepearing something positive for your health! This smoothie contains ingredients that will help you to reduce the excess of weight.



  • Water 200 ml
  • Spinach leaves 7
  • Frozen strawberries 20 pieces
  • Banana (peeled)
  • Honey 1 small spoon
  • Mint 6 branches
  • Flaxseed 50g

Blend all of the ingredients together and decorate with strawberries on the top..Enjoy!
