Smoothie with coffee and cocoa for a better mood!

Rich, caffeine and chocolate improved mood!

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons ground coffee
1 frozen banana
60 grams of blueberries
240 ml almond milk
2 tablespoons chia seed
1/2 spoonful of cinnamon powder

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients at high speed until you get a smooth mixture. If you would like more leniently refreshment, put a few dates, honey or stevia. If you want the mixture to be a little more streamlined, feel free to add water. Enjoy!
