Drink of yogurt and water

The duo water and yogurt, known as “Lassie” is a traditional Indian drink, which is ideal for any digestive system thanks to probiotics bacteria, and several pieces of juicy fruit that will become your favorite drink in summer.



200 ml yogurt
200 milliliters of water
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped melon
1/2 cup blueberry and currant


All the ingredients put into a blender and mix until the mixture becomes creamy. Place the beverage in the refrigerator and when you hit a wave of heat, drink a few sips. Do not forget that yogurt is also excellent for weight loss, so this drink will help you to maintain your form.
