Recipe for the finest chocolate cake you’ve tried

Dough as the sweetest cookie covered with a rich chocolate cream that will grip your palate.

It will be difficult to divide this chocolate cake with your loved ones, but fortunately there are really many pieces, so there will be enough for everyone…

For the dough:

450 gr chocolate for cooking chopped into pieces
½ cup softened butter in cubes
6 egg yolks
½ cup of sugar
½ cup sweet cream
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
6 proteins
Fresh rosemary, sour cherries, cherries or raspberries for decoration (optional)

About chocolate gangway:

450 gr chocolate for cooking chopped into pieces
¾ sweet cream
1 tablespoon honey

How is it prepared?
1. Preheat the oven to 175˚C.

2. Stop the chocolate and steam butter. Once melted completely, remove the mixture aside to cool down slightly.

3. Add the egg yolks, then sugar and mix well. Finally, add the sweet cream and vanilla extract to the mixture.

4. Brush the whites until they become firm and foamy, and gently add the white to the chocolate mixture using the blender from the mixer. Do not overdo it with heavy stirring.

5. Pour the mixture into a dried baking pan sprinkled with a little cocoa powder. Bake for about 40 minutes or until the ends are not crispy and the inside is still soft.

6. Preheat the last quantity of sweet cream and pour over the second half of the chocolate (450 gr). Mix until they are well merged. Add the honey and leave it cool to cool.

7. Finally, coat the cake with the chocolate gourd and decorate with twigs of rosemary and fine fruit as desired.
