Panna – Cotta with cranberry dressing…

Enjoy in the taste of this specialty of the world cuisine…you will be amazed at the extraordinary taste!


For the cream: 1l cream, 1/2 milk, 100g sugar, gelatin powder.

For the dressing: 500g fresh cranberry, 500g sugar.



Preheat  the cream and the milk in a pot on 70 degrees and then add the sugar and the gelatin powder. Then pour the mixture  into small cups, which you should left in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Then pour the cubs with the previously made cranberry sauce, which was boiled with the sugar and decorate with fresh leaves of mint.
