“Liquid Diet” ,wonderful diet plan for effective weight loss!!

Liquid diet is very effective if you want quickly to lose the weight. This diet can hold up for two weeks and during that time you will decrease from 10 to 15 kg.

Liquid diet decreases the size of the stomach and therefore you can easily control your appetite and lose weight. It is based on consuming only liquid food, juices, soups, dairy products, herbal teas and water. The total amount of liquids per day should not exceed 3 liters.

The menu for the day should look like this, but you can modify it as it needed:

09:00 – 90 grams of oatmeal

10:00 – 230 ml of clear soup

11:00 – 230 milliliters of hot boiled water

12:00 – 230 ml juice which is diluted with water

13:00 – 230 milliliters of hot boiled water

14:00 – 230 ml milk

15:00 – 230 milliliters of tea without sugar

16:00 – 230 ml soup without salt

17:00 – 230 milliliters of hot boiled water

18:00 – 230 milliliters of hot boiled water

19:00 – 230 ml juice

20:00 – 230 milliliters of hot boiled water

21:00 – 230 ml  defatted yogurt
