Pinch dried lavender flowers (organically grown)
1 drop of essential oil of lavender
6 lemon shucked and wrung
1 tablespoon of honey
1,100 milliliters of water
Boil half of the water and turn away from the fire, so add all ingredients except lemon juice. Allow to stand for 20 minutes, then drain and pour in a large bowl. Add the lemon juice, together with the other half of the water and stir well. Allow to cool and serve.
