The Japanese brand Ariake has unveiled the latest collection in an unusual way!

The building of the former Mexican embassy in Stockholm was used for the first international exhibition of the current Japanese furniture brand Ariake during the Stockholm Design Week 2018.

The exhibition was named A Quiet Reflection and we must admit that we were really shocked by the concept of exhibiting contemporary furniture in abandoned rooms, but when designers come to the creativity we try to eliminate any doubt. However, a small renovation of space and refreshment of the interior always do wonders, right?

The Ariake brand was created by two Japanese furniture factories, Legnatec and Hirata Chair, and the word itself is “morning moon” or “mugra” and the collection itself was a new chapter in the cooperation of both factories.
