Start the weekend with lots of energy!
120 milliliters of freshly prepared coffee
120 milliliters of freshly prepared hot chocolate
60 milliliters of sweet sour cream (or sour foam)
Chocolate crumbs (optional)
Method of preparation:
Place a jar in the freezer (this is to prepare a cream of sweet cream from above. If you want to use plain whipped foam, skip this step). Prepare the coffee as always, and then do the same with hot chocolate. For the best taste, we recommend home-made, instead instant hot chocolate.
Pour the hot chocolate on the bottom, and be careful not to exceed 1/3 of your cup. Then serve the coffee with a spoon (see the image on the left below), and be careful not to exceed 2/3 of your cup. Put the sweet sour cream in the jar you previously froze and close it well, shake it until you get a thick cream. Then, using a spoon (see the image on the right below), pour the cream on the other ingredients in the cup. Finally, decorate with chocolate crumbs.
