Imperial fish stew

The soup of fish is a really delicious dish to have in the meni, especially in the morning.It’s very tasty and extraordinary!


1 kg of fresh white fish
5-6 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
2 carrots chopped on casters
½ cup peas
Onions and parsley
Salt, pepper, red pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the Finely chopped onions. Add red pepper, mix and reduce the temperature of the fire.

2. Immediately afterwards add the pieces of cleaned fish. Do not stir, but just shake the mild pot, so that the fish is not completely dissolved.

3. Add a large amount of water, then add the potato, carrots and peas.

4. Add spices that you want (salt, pepper, mixed spice), and finely chopped fresh parsley and garlic (optional) at the front.

5. Boil for about 30 minutes, or until the potato is well softened, and the fish is not cooked.
