Healthy and effective potato diet!

There are many theories that argue that the potato is not at all healthy for people who want to struggle with weight. In reality, however, this is not true. Lunch: 200g potatoes, baked with an egg, a little cheese and fresh tomatoes.

Snack: an apple or grapefruit.

Dinner: 200g baked potatoes with cottage cheese 50g.

4 day

Breakfast: Toast with 50g chicken and half a grapefruit.

Lunch: 200g boiled potatoes, a salad of peppers and tomatoes.

Snack: A glass of carrot juice and toast.

Dinner: Boil 300g potatoes. Cut them into cubes and add the onion, garlic, 50g cheese and 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt. You can spice it with a little salt and lemon juice.
