Hangover Smoothie

This Smoothie includes calming ingredients that hydrate you and reduce nausea and headache, but also fiber-rich ingredients and a burst of detoxifying greens – to get your digestion and weight loss moving.

Hangover Smoothie
Ingredients:

  • 1 Handful Kale
  • 1   Banana
  • ½ Cup Oats
  • ½ Inch Ginger
  • ½ Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon SuperFood Cleansing Greens
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • To Max Line Coconut Water

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
