Coffee with double dose of rum, spiced with cinnamon and grated orange peel..
120 milliliters of strong black coffee
2 teaspoons sugar (can be customized to taste)
30 milliliters of golden rum
30 milliliters of dark rum
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
Sour foam, sweetened
Dark chocolate, rendered
In a glass that is heat resistant, pour the freshly prepared black coffee and add sugar. Mix until it melts. Then add the two doses of rum and cinnamon. Mix again. Decorate with whipped foam, put the chocolate on top and sift the grated orange peel.
