Fast lunch: Lasagna pockets that can be melt in your mouth!

Lasagne is a fantastic lunch for the days when you have no idea what to prepare, and you want everyone to be eaten and happy.

This slight variation on the standard lasagne preparing for about 30 minutes and bake another 20, so there is no need to get stuck in the kitchen to serve a succulent meal.


500g minced meat
2 finely chopped tiny carrots
1 finely chopped onions
2 loose cloves garlic
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons of salt and pepper
Spices at will
½ cup red wine
1 ½ cup of tomato puree
1 ½ cup ready bachamel sauce
1 ½ cup of grated mozzarella
¼ cup shredded parmesan
8 pieces of cooked noodles for lasagna
Fresh basil
