First day:
Breakfast – half grapefruit, toast, two tablespoons of peanut butter, coffee or tea
Lunch – half cup of tuna, toast, coffee or tea
Dinner – two pieces of meat (any but the healthiest chicken and turkey), a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Second day:
Breakfast – 2 eggs, toast, banana
Lunch – a cup of cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, 5 salty crackers
Dinner – two hot dogs, a cup of broccoli, half a cup of carrots, half a banana and a cup of vanilla ice cream

Third Day

Breakfast – 5 salty crackers, a piece of cheese and a small apple
Lunch – hard-boiled egg and toast
Dinner – a cup of tuna, half a banana and a cup of vanilla ice cream

With this diet for three days you can get rid of the excess water in the body, and thus loses the weight too. The diet is not repeated often, so you can reduce from the excess of weight and through regular training and a healthy diet!
