Each exercise repeat 20 times with one leg, then pulse 20 times before proceeding to the other leg.
EXERCISES FOR HANDS
Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
Do 2 sets of 10 repetitions on each hand.
Repeat 10 times on each side.
Make two sets of 10 repetitions on each side.
