The cheese-cake is not so complicated as it seems to you. You need simple ingredients and only a little skill in the kitchen.
We suggest you on the first occasion to try this zebra cheesecake with chocolate through it:
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
170g napolitanka, well saturated
170g dark chocolate, melted
2/3 cup sugar
500g Mascarpone at room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs, at room temperature
- Crush the biscuits, add the melted butter and mix well. In a skillet mold, carefully covered with parchment paper, line the bottom with the prepared dough. Reserve in the cool.
2. Heat 10 cl of cream. When boiling, add the black chocolate cut into pieces. Mix well. Heat 10 cl of cream. When boiling, add the white chocolate cut into pieces, mix well. Add the vanilla.
3. In a bowl, combine the white cheese, eggs and sugar. Divide the preparation and pour half into a bowl and the second half into another. Put in one of the bowls the preparation for dark chocolate and in the other the chocolate blanct. Thoroughly mix each of the preparations.
4. Take a spoon of white chocolate, place it in the center of the biscuit, continue adding a black chocolate spoon to the center of the first paste. Continue alternating one of the 2 pasta each time. Continue until the 2 doughs have run out.
