– 250 ml boiled and cooled instant coffee
– 1.5 banana cut into pieces
– 250 ml without fat Greek yogurt
– 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
– 2 teaspoons cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
– 6 ice cubes
Stir all ingredients into a blender that can grind ice and enjoy in the seductive flavor. If you do not have stronger blender for the ingredients you can mix them in plain and add ice after serving the smoothie.
