Chicken with chips in an oven!

Easy and tasty, this quick lunch will win everyone and you will definitely prepare it a few more times for your loved ones and friends.

One serving contains about 640 calories, and with this lunch you will ride about 8 people.

What do you need?

Your favorite corn chips (about 280 g)
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups grated cheese (you can use mixed, cheese, cow, according to taste)
1 cup neutral sour cream for cooking
3 cups chicken chopped meat (it is best to use meat from chicken legs or chicken, but chicken breasts can be placed)
1 tin chopped tomatoes in a sauce
Spices at will (salt, vegeta, pepper, turmeric, basil, cumin etc.)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Mix the chips that you previously brush or broke into smaller pieces with melted butter.

In a greased rectangular pan, pour about 4 cups of the mixture to make the base.

Sprinkle about half a cup of grated cheese on the mixture.

In a deep bowl, mix chopped chicken with cream, tomatoes and cans. Add another half cup of grated cheese.
