5 drinks for a flat stomach!

Great food converted into fresh juices is a great solution. Besides juice, if you like to transform your body in this period you should drink plenty of water, much more than usual;To avoid the feeling of bloating and stomach problems, try any of these drinks.

  1. Cranberry

Cranberries are a natural diuretic and encourage removal of excess fluids from the body.

2. Cranberry juice, apples and grapes

You need 3 red apples, cranberries 1 hand, 1 hand grapes. Place all ingredients in a blender and enjoy in the drink.

3. Lemonade with cranberry

This drink is so easy to prepared.  You need 1 cup water, ½ cup of cranberry, one freshly squeezed lemon. Mix the ingredients and enjoy in your drink no matter is hot or cold.

4. Elixir against flatulence

If the morning wake up with a swollen stomach, try this quick elixir.

You need 2 cups of water, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons chia seeds and 2 tablespoons of honey.

Soak the chia seeds in water for 30 minutes. Then mix all ingredients together.

5. Smoothie with spinach and coconut

This smoothie contains a large amount of potassium and will help you quickly to solve the bloated stomach.

You need 2 hands spinach, 1 banana, 1 cup chopped cucumber, ½ cup chopped pineapple, ¼ fresh squeezed orange juice and 1 cup coconut water (or plain if you can find coconut). Mix all ingredients in a blender.
